    Q: Does this need to be plugged in to use or cordless use?
    A: Yes, it needs to be plugged into a wall outlet or power outlet in your vehicle.


    Q: Can the massager be placed high up on the neck near the skull to get those super tight muscles?
    A: Yes, the massager can easily be placed high up on the neck -- and up the rest of the head or down the back. You may want to adjust the speed level if it's too intense. Regardless, I've never had a massage therapist who could get that deep without tiring very quickly. Via the massager!


    Q: I see this comes with some sort of Velcro sleeve. What's that used for? It's not explained in the manual.
    A: It is a dust cover. You stretch it over the mesh and rotating balls. It provides a smooth surface where it touches your body and then you can wash it when it gets dirty.

    WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS? - All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. - 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days of payment.

    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)? T-Shirts items should be received within 1-2 weeks of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery. 

    Other items than t-shirts, we use e-packet mail with tracking number for orders from US, Canada, Australia, and United Kingdom.

    Average delivery time depends on where you live:

    • E-package supported countries: 7 to 24 business days
    • Other countries:  up to 40 days

    If you do not get the parcel within 40 days, please contact us.

    WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM? Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

    WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE? For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

    HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

    Orders take about 3 - 5 days to process and our average shipping time for items in stock is between 7 - 15 days in most parts of the USA. There can be delays from the Postal company and also your location might affect shipping times. We strive to get all orders ready and to the shipping company within 3-5 business days.

    Because we ship some of our products directly from our partners in other countries, due to incredibly high demand for our jewelry please allow 2-3 weeks for US delivery and please allow 3-5 weeks for International delivery.

     

    WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

    In most cases, Yes.Tracking numbers from our partners can take 5 - 10 day's to show a result. If for any reason we cannot provide you with a tracking number we will let you know.

    Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made.  We process orders the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at info@flowelry.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises.  If the item(s) has already been shipped we cannot make changes to the order. In that case, you can send the wrong item to our corporate offices and once received we can send out a corrected item.

    I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    You can send back your item within 7 day's of receiving it if there is any problem for either a refund or a replacement item. The item must still be in its original packaging. We are not liable for any return shipping and a restocking fee of $6.00 will apply.
